As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in managing relationship with Axis Branch Sellers and meet target through Bank's FOS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationship with Axis Branch Sellers and meet target through Bank's FOS.
- Responsible for managing leads generated from Branch and convert into quality business.
- Adhere to process set and timely coordinate with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB.
- Ensure minimal customer complain and adhere to agreed TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups.
- Ensure 15-month persistency on track and ensure robust follow-up mechanism with customers.
- Coordinate with Cluster Training manager to ensure bank staff regularly on concepts in life insurance and new product introductions.
- Make active branch banking sellers and achieve activation target.
- Business Plan - WPC - Plan vs Actual as per target assigned.
- Seller Activation - BDE Seller Activation - Plan vs Actuals.
- FDO Seller Activation - Plan vs Actuals.
- Persistency - Plan vs Achievement.
- Graduate in Any Discipline from a UGC AICTE approved College and University.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, experience in Insurance will be preferred.
- Experience in fields of Life insurance sales management, Retail bank distribution, and Channel Management and or DSA relationship.
