We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Zion Corp. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, a deep understanding of the niche market, and a passion for discovering new and emerging brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Selection & Curation
    • Identify and source niche and boutique brands that align with the store's vision and customer base.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and discover emerging brands and products.
    • Collaborate with vendors and brand partners to curate a diverse and compelling product assortment.
  • Product Presentation & Promotion
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that highlight key products and brands.
    • Ensure that product listings are accurately described, priced, and visually appealing on the online store.
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and on-brand product imagery and descriptions.
  • Vendor Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and exclusivity agreements to secure the best possible products for the store.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Track and analyze product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to inform future buying decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and vendor performance.
    • Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to the product mix and merchandising strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably with a focus on niche or boutique brands.
  • Strong understanding of the online retail landscape and e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
