As a seasoned security professional, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our enterprise solutions. Your expertise in SAP Security will be instrumental in designing and maintaining secure roles, profiles, and authorizations across various SAP environments.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations, as well as managing user provisioning, access requests, and license assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM). Additionally, you will apply position-based access control models where appropriate, maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12, and ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements, and audit controls.

Troubleshooting and resolving SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems, and SAP cloud access challenges are also key aspects of this role. You will support the security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and new project implementations while monitoring SAP security logs to identify potential risks and take proactive action.

Collaboration with functional, technical, and audit teams is essential to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions. Preparation and maintenance of security documentation, reports, and training materials are also expected.

A strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture is required, along with expertise in SoD risk identification and remediation. Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments and excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are also essential.

Qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field, minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC, and IDM, experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and related SAP environments, familiarity with cloud-based SAP security, and SAP security certifications.
