Architect Job Opportunity

Are you a skilled and motivated Architect with experience in architectural design, detailing, and project coordination? We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team and contribute to the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for various projects.

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements.
  • Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
