Lead ETL Expert

As a Lead ETL Expert, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and implementation of data integration processes. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data integration and have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of data integration specialists in designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet stakeholder needs
  • Design and implement data models, data warehouse concepts, and database management systems that drive business insights and growth
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure seamless integration and minimize errors
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data integration process, adhering to industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in ETL testing, data quality assurance, or a similar role, with a strong focus on leadership and team management
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis, with expertise in multiple databases and data platforms
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue) and ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data models, and database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, custom scripting for data tests)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with large-scale data environments, data lakes, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) for test automation
