Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ETL DataStage Developer to join our data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using IBM DataStage to facilitate efficient data integration and transformation across various source systems and target data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and data integration processes using IBM DataStage.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data integration solutions.
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation of ETL processes, data flows, and mappings.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data pipeline.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT testing for ETL solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ETL development with IBM DataStage.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
• Experience working with data warehouses and data lakes.
• Knowledge of other ETL tools and scripting languages is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data issues and provide effective solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data governance.
• Familiarity with other data integration tools.
