About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on visa procedures, documentation, requirements, and assisting them throughout the application process. As a Global Visa Expert, you will ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all our clients, providing expert guidance, managing applications, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visa Consultation: Provide expert advice on visa requirements, documentation, application processes, and timelines for countries in Europe, Japan, USA, Canada, and Australia. Assist clients in understanding the necessary visa documentation, including forms, supporting documents, and appointment requirements.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of visa processes and timelines. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Application Processing: Review and verify visa applications to ensure that all required documents are accurate and complete. Ensure timely submission of visa applications and follow up with authorities for updates.
  • Crisis Management & Problem Solving: Handle complex and urgent situations, such as visa rejections, delays, or requests for additional documentation, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Managerial and Organizational Skills: Manage multiple visa applications simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consultancy or related fields, with a strong focus on processing visas for Europe, Japan, USA, Canada, or Australia.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Skills: Interpersonal skills, managerial skills, communication skills, client management skills, crisis management skills.
