Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our team of professionals in designing and developing innovative solutions. As a key member of our Engineering & Construction department, you will be responsible for managing the design process from conceptualization to implementation.

  • Design Exposure:
  • Cryogenic / LNG / pressure vessels / heat exchangers/ vaporizers

To succeed in this role, you must have thorough knowledge in preparing design calculations through manual or software applications such as Compress or PV-elite. You should also be able to generate P&IDs and select valves and pumps efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage design projects from start to finish
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions
  • Develop and implement design standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design meets requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design management
  • Proficient in design software and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
