Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert with a strong commitment to quality excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and proficient in quality assurance methodologies. He or she must have a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems and assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures and maintain problem logs to identify recurring issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Pursue continuing learning and exploration on new solutions, technology, and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related domain.
  • Strong computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices and defect management.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
