Test Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing including manual, automation, and performance testing while actively participating in requirement analysis and test strategy implementation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend client meetings to gather and understand testing needs.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured test plans and test cases.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Selenium with Python (Automation Testing)
  • TestNG (Test Configuration)
  • JMeter or LoadRunner (Performance/Load Testing)
  • Postman Swagger (API Testing)
  • Zoho BugTracker Jira (Bug Management & Tracking)

Additional Tools & Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration into automated testing
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments

Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation
