Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of expertise to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing expertise is essential, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention strategies.
  • We need an expert in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • The successful candidate will lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign analysis and optimization will be key responsibilities, including bid management, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports will be monitored to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • A/B testing and experimentation will be used to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Prior experience handling significant performance marketing budgets.
  • A proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search engines.
  • B2B SaaS marketing expertise is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
