Job Description:

The Dining Experience Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. This position requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, making them feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
  • Manage and coordinate reservations, maintain an organized seating plan, and assist with waiting lists.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams, and ensure timely service.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Handle billing, process payments, and address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas; assist in setup and closing activities.
  • Support team members and work collaboratively to create a seamless and pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Uphold health, safety, and restaurant operational standards.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Dining Experience Ambassador, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
