We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Sex Therapist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of therapeutic expertise and sales acumen, making it an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working with diverse individuals.
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting initial discovery calls with potential clients, establishing rapport, and guiding them towards the right treatment packages. You will also provide brief therapeutic support, offer referrals or resources as needed, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
About the Role- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel heard and validated throughout the process.
- Work closely with our team of therapists to ensure seamless transitions from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including follow-ups and progress updates.
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
- Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (dependent on location requirements).
- Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
- Strong understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
- Able to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
