A Sex Therapist is a professional who provides guidance and support to individuals dealing with sexual health issues. This role involves conducting initial discovery calls, pitching treatment packages, and ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand clients' needs and concerns.
- Pitch appropriate treatment packages and plans to meet clients' goals and objectives.
- Offer therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call to ensure clients feel heard and validated.
- Provide referrals or resources for clients who are not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field is required. Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field is also necessary. Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
