As a Product Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming complex educational data into actionable insights driving real change. You'll collaborate with developers to innovate together, creating an omniverse in Conversational AI.

The role requires delivering high-quality products and tech solutions on time, optimizing resource utilization. You'll ensure successful implementation of key state-wide interventions through effective integration of product, insights, and program design.

You will provide thought partnership with state Government officials, driving data-driven program monitoring and insights generation, as well as technical stakeholder management and delivery pipeline management.

Collaborate with a multi-functional team to create EdTech and GovTech products scalable across the nation.

Cultivate strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, setting strategic direction and priorities for all products.

Lead by example, fostering a performance-driven collaboration and problem-solving culture among team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Technical Project Management, tech-driven program management, or Product Management experience, preferably in a B2G environment.
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge/expertise across tech, product, and general management.
  • Excellent strategic communication skills; able to absorb delivery pressures while maintaining a calm and motivating demeanor with the team.
  • Demonstrated ability as a problem solver, especially in clarifying less-defined problems.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Passionate about impacting millions of children through technology.
  • Educational/Work background in Computer Science, Software Development, Product Management.
  • Experience managing a diverse team of individual contributors and managers in a start-up-like environment.
