We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist with expertise in Hindi to drive the development and implementation of co-scholastic and scholastic content for teachers.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Development: Create engaging storyboards and presentations for teachers to enhance their teaching experience.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop high-quality content that meets the needs of our users.
- Content Creation Strategy: Identify content gaps and develop comprehensive plans to fill those gaps, ensuring a rich and diverse learning experience.
- Teacher Engagement: Generate new ideas for content presentation to promote teacher engagement on the platform.
- Quality Framework: Establish a quality framework to ensure that all content meets the highest standards.
- Process Improvement: Streamline content creation processes and develop innovative solutions to speed up the process.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in academic support, a Master's degree in Hindi, and a Bachelor's degree in Education (Hindi). This role requires a strong understanding of educational content development and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
