Home Design Leader

Our HomeLane team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced interior designer to lead the design process for our premium customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional designs that meet our high standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of interior design principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized design solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with our company goals and values.
  • Collaborate with our sales and production teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interior design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years with 2+ years in HomeLane.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
