**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role requires an individual who can create exceptional interior spaces that exceed client expectations.

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, effectively communicating design concepts through idea boards and presentations.
  • Design and develop concepts, sketches, and floor plans using CAD programs and hand-drawing skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects, preferably with a focus on modular interiors.
  • A registered diploma or degree in interior design or architecture, demonstrating expertise in design principles and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

**Technical Requirements**

  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office, used for designing and developing interior spaces.
