Supermarket Floor SupervisorA high-performing Sales Floor Manager is required to maintain the operational excellence of a retail store's sales floor.   • Oversee the organization and maintenance of an attractive and efficient sales floor environment with adequate stock levels and organized displays.
  • Coordinate and manage employee schedules and provide guidance on service quality standards.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Analyze customer preferences and adapt visual merchandising strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with team members to foster excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum qualification of Plus Two or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum age requirement is 30 years.
