Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Visual Designer who can apply fundamental design principles across their work and recognize the enduring nature of these principles despite changing tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate ideas into clear, intentional visuals rooted in strong design principles. This includes creating, updating, and applying brand guidelines across all outputs; designing motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro; building templates and scalable assets that other teams can use independently; and collaborating with marketing and UX/UI designers.

  • Translate ideas into visuals that are clear, intentional, and rooted in strong design principles.
  • Create, update, and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.
  • Create motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Build templates and scalable assets that other teams can use independently.
  • Design for events and print, from trade show booths to the details that shape the offline experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing across campaigns, social, advertising, and collateral.
  • Work with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
  • Create the visual part of case studies to showcase product and engineering work.
  • Use GenAI as part of your workflow where it improves speed or clarity, without replacing the craft.
  • Understand that design doesn't stop at the brief. Ask the right questions, and know why you're working on something.
  • Understand who the brand is speaking to, where it's showing up, and how the work will be used. You shape the final output with the audience, context, and business goal in mind.
  • Design with intent. Every output should be worth the effort it takes to create it.

A successful candidate will possess strong design skills, be proficient in relevant tools and technologies, and have a keen understanding of brand identity and messaging.
