About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our founding leadership team in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to drive international-standard projects and collaborate with global studios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural teams on projects, maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  • Manage all aspects of technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration
  • Develop and implement project design programs
  • Communicate resource needs to account managers and associates
  • Create, update, and manage project-related financials and resourcing data in internal software
  • Maintain project quality control systems
  • Monitor financial performance and report back to account managers or responsible associates
  • Lead contract administration processes
  • Mentor, support, and manage teams
  • Encourage individual career development and inspire company values within teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent built environment discipline
  • Registered Architect in India
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues
