Talent Acquisition Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at INNOVISION Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Domestic Recruitment

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for domestic positions, ensuring alignment with business needs and skill placements.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure client satisfaction, finalizing agreements for domestic hiring and skill development placements.

3. Skill Placement Expertise

Oversee placements for skill development candidates, ensuring a good match between candidates qualifications and client needs, developing and maintaining knowledge of skill development job portals and related hiring processes.

4. MIS Management

Maintain strong MIS management skills to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

5. Background Verification

Oversee employment, education, address, criminal record checks, reference checks, and drug tests to ensure compliance and trustworthiness of candidates.

6. Client Handling Skills

Manage end-to-end client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hiring process, handling client escalations and resolving issues promptly.

7. Security Services Hiring

Leverage experience in security services recruitment to meet the specialized hiring needs of clients in this sector.

8. Email Communication & Reporting

Exhibit strong written communication skills, especially for professional email correspondence with clients and candidates, providing detailed reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and achievements.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, especially for domestic hiring and skill development roles, strong understanding of background verification processes, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and candidates, while delivering high-quality results.

Desired Skills:

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals.
