Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by selling insurance products through direct sales channels.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by engaging with customers and providing tailored solutions.
  • Field Sales Activities: Engage in field sales activities, including meeting potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing accurate information about HDFC Life's insurance products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with HDFC Life's insurance products, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and sales processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Proven sales track record, with a consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of insurance products and concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
