Job Title: .Net Application Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Application Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires immediate attention, with the ideal candidate located in Bengaluru or Mumbai and willing to work remotely with overlap with the US East coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues and provide timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients.
  • Thoroughly understand incident management processes and possess excellent communication skills to provide timely status updates on issue resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying reasons for technical issues.
  • Monitor all application alerts and provide proactive services.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
  • Document troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
  • Presentation of solutions to existing challenges to optimize business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in .Net Core, Strong C# and SQL DB skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in DevOps: Azure DevOps.
  • Source Control: GIT.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
