Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Job Description

  • As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a high-performing team of engineers focused on building innovative features and capabilities for the Workspace ONE UEM platform.
  • You will foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and respectful dialogue within the team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software.
  • Champion engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on experience in software development C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, including hands-on CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with distributed, global teams.
  • 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including 1–2 years in technical leadership and people management.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
