We are seeking an accomplished Senior Embedded Software Development Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge software solutions for our clients' TV-OS product. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and guiding them in the design, development, testing, and code reviews of complex software systems.

You will have a strong understanding of multimedia embedded domain and excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Your experience in leading small development teams and mentoring junior engineers is essential.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in developing software for Linux-based embedded systems and a solid understanding of C and C++ programming languages. They should also have expertise in Linux Kernel concepts, tools, and libraries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to lead the development of software solutions for our clients' TV-OS product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical specifications
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality software products
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in developing software for Linux-based embedded systems
  • Strong understanding of multimedia embedded domain
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in leading small development teams and mentoring junior engineers
  • Expertise in Linux Kernel concepts, tools, and libraries
