We are seeking a skilled Space Planner to design and deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The ideal candidate will possess excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to translate client needs into stunning designs.

Job Summary

The Space Planner will be responsible for creating detailed designs and layouts for various interior projects, meeting with clients to understand their objectives and desires, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure all client needs are addressed.

Responsibilities
  • Create attractive and functional designs and layouts for various interior projects.
  • Meet with clients to thoroughly understand their goals and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare compelling presentations for clients using 2D and 3D visual aids.
  • Maintain continuous industry knowledge to stay relevant with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Illustrator.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Proven project management skills to oversee projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in interior design with expertise in residential designs and modular kitchen projects.
