Job Title:

High-Performance Systems Specialist

This role necessitates a highly motivated individual with unparalleled problem-solving abilities, experience with performance testing tools, and proficiency in programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive performance tests to identify system bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed test plans, including requirements gathering, test case development, and execution strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communicate complex technical information effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our performance testing capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in performance testing, preferably with JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language and Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of AWS concepts and cloud-based infrastructure management.
  • Experience with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of Jira and other Atlassian tools.
  • Understanding of web applications and multi-tiered product architectures.
