Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting automated warehouse operations, including AutoStore, conveyors, and warehouse control systems, ensuring optimal system uptime and efficiency for distribution and fulfillment.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application and operational support for AutoStore EXACTA warehouse execution software and conveyor/material handling systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
