About the Role:

As a senior patient experience lead, you will be responsible for driving high-quality patient interactions and engagement initiatives.

The role involves building strong relationships with patients, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex customer queries related to dental products or services with a strong clinical understanding
  • Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team to drive effective communication
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customer support cases
Requirements:
  • A degree in BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Empathy, patience, and attention to detail are critical qualities for a patient-focused professional like yourself.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively is necessary to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Prior experience in patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage in your daily work.
