Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, packages, and post-treatment care.
  • Convert patient inquiries into registrations/bookings while maintaining clear communication.
  • Explain treatment options and facilities in a transparent and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain follow-ups with patients for timely decision-making and admissions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient coordination.
  • Achieve counseling and conversion targets through proactive efforts.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance patient awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
