German Language Documentation Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled German Translator to join our global Documentation Team in Pune. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for quality assurance of English (source) user documentation and translating new English content into Native German language.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve existing German technical documentation to support new software versions.
- Produce clear, concise, and accurate localization of new/updated content to German language.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical details into comprehensive content.
- Use Adobe products to author and manage documentation and create images and illustrations.
- Edit and proofread technical content for accuracy and clarity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
- Certified B2 or better German proficiency level, both writing and speaking required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in German-English translation and localization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team communication and collaboration with the ability to work independently.
