Software Testing Expert Wanted

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about testing and ensuring software works smoothly.

In this role, you will be working on restaurant and food-tech systems like POS machines, digital kiosks, mobile apps, and integrations with payment or delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding requirements clearly, raising questions if anything is missing
  • Creating test cases and scenarios to cover all possible situations
  • Preparing and managing test data, performing manual and automation testing
  • Reporting bugs, tracking them, and following through until resolved
  • Working closely with developers and product managers to ensure everything meets the acceptance criteria

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
  • API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI or similar)
  • Automation testing (Selenium-Java or similar tools)
  • Familiar with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • ISTQB certification is a bonus

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Retail systems
