Job Title: UI Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our Quality Assurance team as a UI Tester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing the user interface of software applications to ensure they meet design specifications, are intuitive to use, and provide a seamless user experience across platforms.

  • Test UI Functionality: Execute manual and automated tests to verify that the user interface functions as intended.
  • Validate Design Specifications: Ensure UI elements (e.g., buttons, menus, forms, layouts) adhere to design mockups, wireframes, and style guides.
  • Cross-Browser/Device Testing: Test applications on various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
  • Identify and Report Bugs: Log defects in bug-tracking tools with clear descriptions, steps to reproduce, and screenshots/videos.
  • Usability Testing: Evaluate the user interface for ease of use, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with UI testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
