Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience in conveyor belt components and field service works, with a proven track record in technical assistance, training, and customer interaction within the industrial sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop standardized procedures for the production and assembly of key products, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards across all manufacturing facilities.
  • Conduct on-site training, skill transfer, and assessments to ensure technicians have the necessary skills for effective installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and programs tailored to various product lines and customer solutions.
Further Responsibilities:
  • Gather and present suggestions to relevant departments for continuous product and process improvement.
  • Provide practical and technical insights to support the enhancement and expansion of the product range.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with suppliers to ensure product quality, identify opportunities for improvements, and maintain consistency across products.
  • Facilitate connections between suppliers and product management teams to support product advancement and quality initiatives.
Sales and Customer Interaction:
  • Provide support, including site visits, across all verticals to ensure customer understanding of our value proposition.
  • Promote and support our range of belt cleaning products and services to all verticals.
Requirements:
  • Engineering qualifications.
  • 5 years of experience in conveyor belt components and field service works.
  • A proven track record in technical assistance, training, and customer interaction within the industrial sector.
