Senior Physical Verification Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the physical verification process of complex SoC designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering with proven experience in ASIC Physical Design. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of EDA tools and flows, including Ansys Redhawk and Cadence Voltus.

This is a senior-level position that requires 6+ years of experience in power grid design and analysis. The successful candidate will be well-versed in power calculation methodologies and have hands-on experience with industry-standard tools.

  • Estimate power consumption using industry-standard tools
  • Design power grids and analyze their performance
  • Perform static and dynamic IR drop analysis
  • Understand custom placement and routing techniques
  • Conduct physical and electrical quality checks using various tools

A strong communication skills, ability to multitask across projects, and work effectively with geographically spread-out teams are essential for this role. Additionally, good automation skills in PERL, TCL, and EDA tool-specific scripting are desirable.
