Guest Relations Coordinator

Key Role:

The Guest Relations Coordinator is a pivotal position that ensures seamless and exceptional experiences for our esteemed guests. This role involves meticulous planning, execution, and follow-through to guarantee satisfaction.

  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring timely and personalized support throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics, including transportation arrangements and security protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and airport personnel, addressing queries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Stay abreast of airport services and procedures, providing expert advice on transportation options, customs regulations, and other relevant information.
  • Contribute to service enhancement initiatives by analyzing guest feedback and suggesting improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track trends, areas for improvement, and key performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to ensure informed decision-making and continuous service optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality/public relations/luxury service industry is required.
