Job Description

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing MIS, accounting, and handling respective line items of P&L reporting.

  • MIS & P&L Reporting:

The role involves preparation and review of MIS and accounting reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery. This includes handling respective line items of P&L reporting.

  • Variance Analysis:

You will perform detailed variance analysis for revenue & reversals, and identify the key drivers of variances. Your insights will help management make informed decisions.

  • Audit, Compliance & Controls:

You will prepare audit schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders. You will also assist in implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.

  • Accounts Receivable & Reporting:

You will manage accounts receivables and coordinate with stakeholders for timely collections. You will also prepare ageing and unbilled reports bi-weekly and review open items with internal teams to drive closure.

  • Process Improvement:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and underlying financial data to streamline workflows and improve processes.

Requirements
  • CA Inter qualified with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS, accounting, financial reporting, or related domains.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices.
  • Hands-on experience with variance analysis, ageing, receivables management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
