The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Business Finance Team Lead to manage relationships with key partners and drive the growth of working capital finance solutions. This role requires a mix of business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic partnerships to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored working capital solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Structure working capital finance solutions such as supply chain financing, trade credit, factoring, invoice discounting, and lines of credit.
  • Lead negotiations with partners and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide training and support to partners on working capital finance products.
  • Track partner performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.
