Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Lead to oversee and deliver large-scale IT initiatives. This position assumes overall responsibility for the project, ensuring timely completion.

  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Participate in technical discussions and articulate technical trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Present technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, key results, and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Communicate project status across departments
  • Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines
  • Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale strategic IT initiatives
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding/experience executing projects in areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management
  • Understanding allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines
