We are seeking an expert researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge predictive models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning and machine learning, with experience in handling large-scale datasets.

The primary responsibility will be to design and develop large-scale user engagement predictive models that can analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms. This involves building causal inference–based intervention models aimed at retaining users on the platform.

The researcher will also contribute to developing and evaluating models leveraging pre-trained LLMs, work closely with other research scientists, engineers, and product teams fostering a collaborative environment, and contribute to millions of OTT platform users towards improving their experience by leveraging AI capabilities.

Additionally, the researcher will be expected to share insights and participate in external academic workshops and conferences to contribute to the research community.

The role is based remotely within India, with flexible working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) full-time. The annual paid direct contractual tenure is extendable.

Pursuing or completed masters or bachelor's in computer science or similar background is essential. A good understanding of current state-of-the-art machine learning literature and prior experience in developing large scale prediction and reasoning models are required.

A strong knowledge and interest in LLMs (fine-tuning, training and using LLMs) is necessary, along with proficiency in hands-on with Python and one or more popular deep learning framework. Ability to envision new ideas and prove them through theory and/or experiments is desired.
