Job Title

A skilled Technical Support Engineer is required to maintain and troubleshoot complex computer systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: 1-2 years of experience in Linux system administration or support is required. Experience in HPC environments is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems, configuration of nfs,smb,iscsi storage, basic knowledge of HPC architecture and components, familiarity with job schedulers like SLURM, PBS, or similar, understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting, and understanding of PFS file system(Beegfs).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as RHCSA.
