Windchill PLM Administrator

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to administer and maintain our Windchill PLM system. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and uptime, performing system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed, configuring and customizing Windchill according to business requirements, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings, providing technical support and training to end-users, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues promptly, collaborating with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems, developing and maintaining documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures, implementing best practices for data management and system security, and participating in PLM projects, contributing to the planning, design, and execution phases.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role, strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities, experience with Windchill configuration, customization, and integration, proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL, familiarity with PLM best practices and data management principles, experience deploying or managing Windchill in AWS, proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
