Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager at Aadhar Housing Finance, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options into Home Loan and Loan against property. You will build relationships with customers by providing support and manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meet planned sales goals
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
  • Provide ongoing training to salespeople
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective business plans. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing sales environments.
