Job Title: DevOps Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure DevOps solutions across our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will lead the adoption of automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and best practices to enhance delivery speed, quality, and reliability.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing robust DevOps architectures and strategies aligned with business goals;
  • Leading the creation and maintenance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools;
  • Collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing DevOps tools and platforms including cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Monitoring system performance, availability, and security; defining and implementing disaster recovery strategies;
  • Establishing and enforcing security best practices in the deployment pipeline and infrastructure;
  • Mentoring and guiding development and operations teams on DevOps best practices and tool usage;
  • Driving the migration of legacy systems to cloud-based, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience designing and leading DevOps architectures in complex, enterprise-scale environments;
  • Expertise with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions);
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code frameworks;
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog;
  • Experience integrating DevOps pipelines with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms;
  • Understanding of DevOps for both custom applications and packaged platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).]
