Project Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Project Manager.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, wanting to play a critical role in project management and enhancement of core technology products.

The successful candidate will have 8-15 years of experience working in the IT Software Industry with a proven track record in project management. PMP/PRINCE II certification is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively.
  • Break down projects into manageable actions and establish realistic timeframes.
  • Liaise closely with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports accurately.
  • Develop detailed spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs.
  • Evaluate project performance using relevant tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including JIRA, MS Excel, etc.

Preferred Skills:

Agile and Scrum methodologies are preferred.

This position is open to both immediate and up to 30 days' notice preferred employees.
