We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant – Delay & Quantum.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating project delays, quantifying claims, preparing robust reports, and providing strategic advice on dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Schedule Management

  • Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and conduct detailed forensic delay analysis.
  • Identify and substantiate delayed events, disruptions, and variations impacting the critical path.

Claim Preparation and Defense

  • Prepare and defend comprehensive EOT, disruption, prolongation, and quantum-related claims in line with contractual requirements.

Financial Assessments and Risk Analysis

  • Assist in cost analysis, quantity surveying, financial assessments, and evaluation of claims.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, advising on risks, obligations, and entitlements.

Dispute Resolution Support

  • Provide insights on cost estimation, budgeting, variations, and commercial risk assessment.
  • Support arbitration, mediation, and litigation by preparing and defending claims.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7-9 years of extensive experience in construction claims, arbitration, dispute resolution, and contract management.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Delay Analysis/EOT, Critical Path Method (CPM), Planning & Scheduling Tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and Forensic Planning.
