Job Title: Renewable Energy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing the energy modelling and forecasting of renewable assets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing accurate energy generation forecasts based on weather data, historical trends, and plant capacity utilization.
  • Conducting research on renewable market trends across the globe, specifically Japan and the US.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, entitlements, grid codes, and PPAs related to renewable energy.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols and coordination processes with renewable power producers and consumers.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools/software used for forecasting and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle real-time operational challenges.
