Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Managing AV systems and providing technical support to ensure a high standard of AV service delivery.
  • Coordinating with remote support teams and vendors for escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of AV systems including Crestron, AMX, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Shure.
  • Proficiency in video conferencing platforms Zoom, MS Teams, Webex.
  • Experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.

This role offers the opportunity to work on-site at a Fortune 500 client location, collaborating closely with end-users to deliver a consistent, professional experience aligned with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of hands-on AV support experience, with a strong understanding of AV technology and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Additionally, this role requires the ability to work independently and handle pressure in live environments, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills.
