Senior Commercial Excellence Leader

  • Drive strategic alignment between sales performance frameworks and organizational goals.
  • Translate complex sales data into actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, predictive models, and KPIs to monitor sales health, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Ensure robust data governance and seamless execution of sales processes in India Sales Operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement of CRM data quality, pipeline management, and territory design to maximize sales productivity.
  • Lead initiatives to automate reporting and streamline sales processes leveraging advanced analytics and technology tools.
  • Drive analytics-led GTM planning including customer segmentation, account potential calibration, territory alignment, and sales target setting.
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Commercial teams to align sales execution with broader business strategies and market dynamics.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations teams.
  • Partner closely with global, regional, and local commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Influence change across matrixed and culturally diverse teams by building strong relationships and consensus.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on commercial performance and operational risks.
  • Manage key commercial data assets, including Customer Master Data, ensuring continuous data quality improvements.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and controls to support reliable decision-making and compliance.
